These are not working - as far as the text goes. They don't feel like buttons, the text keeps changing positions. The font style keeps changing. It's really a mess. Suggestions: - use Bowling Green State University Digital Arts - as one two line text in the upper left hand corner. - all buttons need to have the same feel. You can't change the square buttons for some and then just text for others. They can be smaller, but still the same feel - why does some stuff have a drop menu and others no? keep it consistent. - If you can't make the square work, then dont use it. I don't like the two letter thing at all. - could use 4:3 format for buttons so that thumbnails work as video stills. - Main Menu should just say "Main" - if you are going to use the spot lights, then incorporate the text and buttons in their light.
Originally you talked about using the spot lights plus the Gobo of the school name/department name. What happened to that? You could do that and then just one spotlight or something else. But what you have here aesthetically is not working. It really looks thrown together. I realize we are running out of time - REALLY because I am meeting with Cory at 10:30am to put this together and I only have until 12pm, so this has to be done.
I honestly am really irritated that I did not see this Friday or Saturday so that you have more time to figure it out. Get to work.
